I needed parts for my Jeep but they didn’t have it. Instead of just telling me they didn’t have it, they took the time to look up who has the parts in stock in order to help me out. I will be going back to these guys just due to the level of customer service they provide.

I’ve been going to action car and truck for my truck accessories. Dealing with Mike. one of the associates there? My experience with Mike has been incredible he a great person to deal with. Their prices are great and they’ll definitely make the effort in finding the part you’re looking for. I Definitely recommend them for any parts or accessories you’re looking for, for your vehicle.

Incompetence and no apology They installed the wrong part. When I brought it to their attention, their first reaction was to blame the customer. When I corrected them there as well, not a single apology. But I did get to wait in their showroom for another 30 minutes while they took off the wrong part. And now I get to wait, at least, another two weeks for the correct part to come in. Not to mention my son's time for driving me there to pick up my truck for nothing and now he's going to have to do it again in two weeks. When I pointed out the part is blocking the view of my front license plate, he said it's okay for the front license plate to be blocked. Then he said you don't need a front license plate in Ontario except for commercial trucks. Three different sources on Google, including the MTO website, state that a front license plate is REQUIRED in Ontario with the exception of motorcycles which only require a rear plate.

Aaron was super helpful, I got an air lift kit and towing mirror extension. They didn't try and oversell me like most places would. Walked away please with my purchase.

Just had a lift kit, tires and suspension work done on my 2013 Dodge. These guys are amazing. The manager Bill and counter person Dan are very knowledgeable and super helpful with everything. Couldn't be more happier with how everything turned out. These guys also price match as well. Would definitely recommend Action and their services to anyone I know. Thanks again guys, great job.

I bought a cap for my new truck back in June. Great install and service. Recently bought the wrong winter mats online. No problem returning them to the Stoney Creek store. Even helped me find a better set. Refund came next day. In an age where service has gone to the dogs, Mike and his team are second to none. Great bunch of guys. I will go there again and highly recommend their store.

I was disappointed in the quality of my aftermarket tonneau cover for 2015 tacoma (don't order online there is no good aftermarket cover). The regional manager did call back and meet with me to go over the options. I was satisfied with the final outcome.
